Encounter with Mercy is a covenant monthly meeting which the Lord commissioned into the hands of Prophet Samuel as a platform of spiritual intervention for his people us to find answers and solutions to difficult situations in their lives. Since its inception, FANO has never missed any month edition of this meeting. It remains one of the flagship milestone achievements of the ministry in the last 11 years.
